Can you customize caster wheels according to our requirements?
Yes. We provide comprehensive OEM and ODM services. We can customize caster wheels based on your drawings, samples, or technical requirements, including wheel size, load capacity, bracket material, wheel material (PU, rubber, nylon, TPR, cast iron, etc.), bearing type, mounting method, color, and logo. Our engineering team will work closely with you to develop the most suitable solution for your application.
What is your standard production lead time?
Our standard production lead time is approximately 1 week after order confirmation and deposit receipt. For standard models with sufficient stock, delivery can be made within 3 days. For large-volume or highly customized orders, we will provide an accurate production schedule before manufacturing begins.
